Father of the Bride
Starring: Steve Martin
Directed by: Charles Shyer
Rating: PG (MPAA)

George Banks loves his little girl so much in fact, that he hasn't noticed she's become a full-grown woman. Which makes her wedding engagement something of a shock. Still, George only wants what's best for his darling, even if the thought of losing her ties him up into excruciatingly hilarious knots. Steve Martin is truly sidesplitting as George, whose endearing concerns turn him from a slightly overprotective father to one wild and crazy guy. If you love touching comedy, then Father of the Bride is a flick you absolutely must see.
